I agree with the metric comments too. I installed the app with excitement today, and it looks great but was so disappointed to find it wasn't metric. It's very cumbersome trying to convert from lbs to mg on another website! If you can speed up the metric process I think you would make a lot of people very happy.

Maria: Recipes are only listed in one place. If a recipe is found in the cloud and in your local recipes it will only be listed in the local section. Unless a recipe is malformed (e.g. doesn't have any ingredients, directions, etc.), has been flagged to not be shared, or you don't have internet, it will be automatically uploaded to the cloud the next time SousChef starts up. However SousChef may upload the recipe sooner if it isn't doing anything else.

How can you check if your recipe has appeared in the cloud? When I search, it only pops up locally.

I just purchased Souschef through the MacHeist bundle and I am blown away. What a great concept with a clean intuitive interface which compliments and effectively makes uses of what the Mac OS has to offer.

I have been a dedicated Mac user for 23 years and just recently completed courses in Cocoa and iPhone development. Cooking is a new found hobby of mine.

This application truely is an inspiration for both!

Keep up the good work Acacia Tree.

Totally glad metric is coming to SousChef. Like many others have commented on MacHeist forum, this is a must for me to use it.

Please make it fast. :)
